Lyrics
[Intro]
[Verse 1]
A drop of water softly steps out of the spring
The shadows of trees lay the sunny day beside the pond
The tiny lotus has only just ventured to reveal its heart
A dragonfly is already guarding this little share of spring and summer for it
[Pre-Chorus]
The world need not wait until it blooms in splendor
Only then is it worth someone's careful attention
[Chorus]
Even a tiny corner can turn toward the light
Even slow growth has a direction of its own
There is no need to compete with the whole sky for vastness
A single drop of water can hold a heartfelt upward gaze
Even a tiny corner can turn toward the light
May you never forget your brilliance because you are small
[Instrumental Interlude]
[Verse 2]
The wind is gentle, so gentle it does not disturb the ripples
Every patch of green has a place to rest secure
I, too, want to slow my hurried pace for a while
To accompany a new beginning as it slowly comes to know the world
[Pre-Chorus]
The world need not wait until it blooms in splendor
Only then is it worth someone's careful attention
[Chorus]
Even a tiny corner can turn toward the light
Even slow growth has a direction of its own
There is no need to compete with the whole sky for vastness
A single drop of water can hold a heartfelt upward gaze
Even a tiny corner can turn toward the light
May you never forget your brilliance because you are small
[Bridge]
Running is not the only way to deserve being seen
And moving forward still counts even without an echo
When you gently entrust your first step to tomorrow
You have already opened a little new sky for yourself
[Final Chorus]
Even a tiny corner can turn toward the light
Even slow growth has a direction of its own
There is no need to compete with the whole sky for vastness
A single drop of water can hold a heartfelt upward gaze
Even a tiny corner can turn toward the light
May you never forget your brilliance because you are small
[Outro]
By the pond, I lay my wishes down so gently
May someone listen with care each time you grow
